Hyvä kuva, mukavasti tutkittavaa! Mielenkiintoinen Fracastorius on Nectaris -altaan 400 kilometrisen renkaan päällä, ja kraatterin poikki itä-länsi suunnassa kulkeva rille noudattaa renkaan linjausta. Rillen pohjoispuolella pinta on tummempaa, ja siinä on vähemmän kraattereita, joten ainakin kahdessa jaksossa F:n täyttänyt laava on virrannut.
