Visibility IV / V
First image: Rare dark red, downright blood red, you come to the left, so the dark ones don't stand out against the night sky. On the right side at the same time so bright you come that the image burns a little punctured. At the top of the sky was the Corona, where the "lines" of this fire also point.
This month, there have been more multicolored northern lights in Lapland than usual, especially pink. Northern lights have been seen on clear nights at least every other night.
Second image: Huge northern lights rise behind the mountain range, do not fit into the image of a wide-angle lens. The sieves are also visible in the middle. Different colors are visible at the same time more than usual. The "norm" northern lights appear on the right side as pale light green beaches. The start time of the fires was predicted by an expert in the field to the nearest 10 minutes and a half hours earlier from the meters on the jemma.mobi website.
Last week we had a film crew of 12 northern lights in Kilpisjärvi. The sky blazed six nights out of eight. We got many thousands of northern lights and many hours of video.
Observing and describing the phenomena of the sky, especially the northern lights, is fun, eternal learning, and rewarding in many ways.
