Total lunar eclipse - 31.1.2018 at 17.31 - 31.1.2018 at 18.12 Pieksämäki Observation number 69850

Visibility IV / V

As the moon rose, there was a cloud on the horizon. However, I was in the snow when I noticed that the moon was visible. The clouds had receded. I ran to get a camera and started shooting this rare scene. Should have been noticed earlier, I would have gotten an even deeper picture of the eclipse. A little annoying. I am interested in such phenomena and I was also a member of Ursa for many years.
