And then something different. I don't think anyone in Finland has tried this.
On a foreign forum, I once read in a byline that the Ha solar tube could theoretically be used to photograph the moon as well.
I doubted a little that when the filtering is so huge that it might be successful.
Last night I finally got it into my head to try the theory and it worked.
However, the exposure had to be in the order of a second and the gain was almost at zero.
The end result of a stack of 100 pictures is this.
You won't win prizes with this, but you can recognize the time of the moon very well.
