Visibility III / V
Not really an observation, but an implementation of an idea. T + A 3/2022 p.64 Jeff Graphy presents the projection of the Moon, and the image inspires us to think of the same system with a small tube. I would make the scaffold stand out of paff and grill sticks, and the reflective surface itself is translucent paper, so the image is viewed opposite the eyepiece. Nearly a full moon was photographed admirably despite the stray light, and a brighter telescope with a larger aperture would work better. In star shows and teaching situations, one could use when several can watch the same, live image.
