When photographing the northern lights, I noticed very fast , successive waves moving across the sky - difficult to describe - like faint "hail waves" that traveled "from north to south". Impossible to film with a system camera (fx). It wasn't about the dunes, for example. Colorless to the eye. This is the second time I have observed this phenomenon.

Dull dunes (?) In a northern lights belt that ran across the sky for a short time. Later brighter and more varied fires.
