Yesterday's roar on the sun's surface. Unfortunately, during the shooting session, the sun was always covered in a thin cloudless cloud, but I wanted to get this gust to recover even if the quality is not the best possible. In the second image, the ground is served on a rough scale (the image is a free-use image from Nassa’s Apollo era, so I dared to add it here).

Testing with Quark and the acronym. Clouds came and went, seeing threw. Not in any way good weather yes except for individual boxes. Here, however, stuff is combined from a couple of squares. Maybe this thing could be summed up so that I don’t mean to get a cloudless sky this summer at all, so that I would sometimes have time to shoot more.

Mosaic practice. There was a thin cloud in the sky all the time, which softened some of the sub-squares of the mosaic. There are not very many spots in the sun at the moment. Better image processors would probably have gotten a couple of gradients out, but I myself gave up on this.

After breakfast, I realized that the sky has been properly clear for a long time. A quick glance at Nasa’s space weather app revealed that really nice protuts are visible on the surface of the sun. Kamat bundle and field. There was a thin cloud in the sky during the shooting, but when I grabbed 5 videos, one seemed to be more successful than the others. However, the seeing was surprisingly good at the moments when the clouds completely disappeared from the sun. The weather was great and especially warm for September. Testing the new Quark when the previous one went under warranty due to uneven image area. The goal was to do tests with all of Quark’s settings to see what comes off the best image. As it was not completely cloudless in Espoo, we sometimes had to wait for the clouds to fade and in the end the battery ran out and the monitoring stand turned off and I didn't have time to go through all the settings. So sometimes you have to keep going. Probably the wisest thing to do would be to stay close to the mains, so there would be no need to leave the field a second time with your neck crooked towards...

The "test runs" continue and the sun is very dull. However, something small can be found on the surface as well as in terms of prototypes. What’s annoying with this warranty-exchanged Quark is that this new protut doesn’t seem to show up properly without their separate exposure. The former was unfortunately a better closet in this respect. I wish I could hope for even a few spots on the surface of the sun now, so that shooting would be more fun. There were 2 spots in the sun, so something small is happening after all. At the time of filming, a thin cloud of gauze was constantly sailing past the sun, so transparency was not best. Seeing, on the other hand, seemed reasonable. A few protests visible here and there, but no big flare. Warm enough when shooting, which is nice after the winter frosts. Again, there seemed to be interested enough, so the screen of the laptop became a play on the surface of the sun for a few passers-by.

The sun seemed to be a very active area that I tried to describe through thin clouds. In the animation, this is reflected in an unfortunate change in brightness. Seeing was worse than the last time, sometimes the picture was "just a whiff". The animations have 5 frames in each and the animation shows a period of 57 min.

The goal was to have a longer shooting session when the weather was right. I filmed the interval 12:20 - 14:33 until the batteries started to run low on batteries. There was that one spot in the sun, but nothing really happened in that couple of hours. The protut, on the other hand, were quite comfortable. The still image is stacked from a video started at 2:33 pm and features the earth approximately on a scale (the image of the earth is free-to-use images from Nassa’s Apollo era). Yesterday it was cloudy in Espoo and the filming was not successful, but this morning the weather was cloudless. Seeing was also quite good, which can be seen in the pictures. First picture: Sun in CaK light in the afternoon 16.4. In my opinion, a rather large comma 2529 is visible, which was somewhere also called a heart commotion unofficially because of its shape. This has been described using a 1.25 "CaK filter with a bandwidth of about 8 nm. Therefore, the resolution is not in the same range as in dedicated CaK devices. For the first time, I was able to test teleoptics in solar imaging. When I didn’t have time to exercise for a longer period of time, I used to visit my actual telescope imaging equipment and switched to random visual viewing. But when shooting doesn’t stop, then from now on the sun will be shot without any tracking pads, computers, etc. This setup will carry out in 2 minutes and in shooting condition it will be 1 min after that. A quick shot in the morning before the clouds covered the sky. There seemed to be little fog in the sky in the air in front of the sun. The clouds arrived shortly after filming and less than an hour after filming began, the sky was in full cloud cover. There were hardly any spots in the sun, although spaceweatherlive.com showed that the AR2810 should be visible on the disc. Some active area in the image is clearly shown on the left side.

A quick glance in the direction of the sun on Sunday morning did not produce very ecstatic views in the white light. The active area of the AR2814 is visible on the dial, but the dots in it are really small.
