One halo form

9.12.2022 at 10.30 - 14.05 - Raisio (I)
Lasse Nurminen

The day turned out to be quite foggy, and in the morning it was quite cloudy. A hint of the 22° tire could already be distinguished at that stage, and after the weather cleared up a few days later, it stood out better. The first picture in the countries of one, the second a little before eleven.

In the corners of the midday, you could momentarily distinguish a very non-existent 22° from behind the ring-like lower clouds.

Light caressing on both sides of the afternoon with the basic roll.

One halo form

A momentary flash of light on a cloudy and snowy day offered a gentle pillar to see.

Lunar fogbow

13.11.2022 at 20.45 - 21.25 - Masku (II)
Lasse Nurminen

When the lamp work was over, I decided to take a look at a possible fog arc in the moonlight a little more widely. Well, it was cloudy in the direction of the moon, but if you waited long enough, the situation improved. The moon began to peek out, at first with a little promise and only a faint hint of an arc could be distinguished. In the end, the dim arch could be seen as a whole even with the naked eye. Now that wasn't a top-class arc, but it still warmed up the person who signed it as a second case.

Fogbow of an artificial lightsource

13.11.2022 at 19.45 - 20.05 - Masku (IV)
Lasse Nurminen

After all, it's been over a year since the last time you ended up in the middle of the fog in the middle of the fog, so it was time to try this kind of thing again. I was able to conjure up a nice arc of fog with the lamp, and there was more interference on the side arc as well. Of the side arc interferences, only the first one could be distinguished by the eyes, and then more were found during the processing. Glory was rather modest, but certainly stood out. The first three twisted from the same square (au naturel, USM and USM color channel invert), Nine single and 5-7 in the same way as ...

Delta 1 Deb (21933)

13.11.2022 at 19.09 - 19.10 - Masku (III)
Lasse Nurminen

A moderately bright part of the sky hit the frame when I was shooting towards the zenith. It was bright for quite a long time, the observation image was squeezed into four 20-second frames. To compare the brightness, you can take, for example, the constellation Vega in the lower right corner of Lyra. With the help of Heavensat, the target was revealed to be Delta 1 Deb, and even more precisely, with the NORAD catalog number, case number 21933. Those songs under the Delta 1 Deb label can be found on Heavensat as well, close to a thousand (948), so a little clarification is probably in order her...

Shiyan 6

13.11.2022 at 18.37 - 18.39 - Masku (III)
Lasse Nurminen

A satellite that flashed clearly bright for a moment, which with Heavensat was revealed to be the Chinese Shiya 6 satellite. When looking at the pictures, there was also another wretch who seemed to be running almost the same track below. A Chinese case too, the KX-09 in short and concisely. After all, there was quite a considerable distance difference between them, despite the apparent same line of observation images. The Shiyan 6 flew at an altitude of 512 km at a distance of 958 km and the KX-09 at an altitude of 600 km at a distance of 1102 km. They just happened to line up right at that m...

One halo form

13.11.2022 at 16.00 - 16.30 - Masku (I)
Lasse Nurminen

A flimsy piece of pillar stood out as the sun went down, and it stood out even better half an hour later (pictures 1. and 2.). When I was photographing the direction of the setting sun there, I captured the shadows and strips of light created on the calmer surface (pictures 3-6), which strongly reminded me of the recent conversation in connection with the reflection observation of Martikainen . So, at least in this case, the canopies of the beach trees with their gaps created a pattern very similar to the reflections seen in the clouds in Martikainen.

Green rim

13.11.2022 at 15.55 - 15.59 - Masku (III)
Lasse Nurminen

The setting sun served both a red and a green edge. The latter was rather a jumble of green, blue and purple.

One halo form

11.11.2022 at 14.09 - Raisio (I)
Lasse Nurminen

A bit like yesterday's version, a halo separated from a gap in the clouds for a moment. First, an uncertain side sun from the right behind the low clouds, and after a while it was quite clear from the left, although when I got the handset in my hand, the low clouds were already blocking the view. The middle of November is approaching, the violets are blooming and the ladybug was still on the move.

A flash of light from the normally cloudy sky provided an overhead arc. The duration seems to be approximately one minute.

Anticrepuscular rays

31.10.2022 at 07.34 - 07.47 - Raisio (II)

Some kind of fan can be distinguished in the morning sky, the images from the end of the observation time are within three minutes of each other.

Eclipse was overcast

25.10.2022 at 13.10 - 13.25 - Raisio
Lasse Nurminen

The sky was completely gray, so seeing a partial eclipse was just a dream this time. To maximize the misery, a long time after the deepest phase of the eclipse (according to the clock), the taps in the sky opened, offering a small downpour.

Anticrepuscular rays

24.10.2022 at 18.14 - Raisio (II)
Lasse Nurminen

The twilight rays of the evening quickly captured, here is the area that stands out the most.

Reflected sunbeams

21.10.2022 at 15.33 - Raisio (II)
Lasse Nurminen

Another calm day in a row, and from a suitable gap, a reflection was born again on the lower surface of the cloud. More like that evenly lit patch than rays. The position of the sun was above that thick band of clouds.

Reflected sunbeams

20.10.2022 at 09.50 - 10.05 - Raisio (II)
Lasse Nurminen

A solitary reflected ray in the morning sky in calm weather, probably a reflection from the Hauninet basin in the direction of the photograph (pictures 1. and 2.). Let's put in the same bundle the possible wider case from the Turku side of the late afternoon (approx. at 17:05, pictures 3 and 4). You could follow that strip in traffic for a while and then take a picture from a wider area. At that point, the sun was at an altitude of five degrees, several kilometers of open water in the direction of the shooting.

Several halo forms

A really model halotuokio from the afternoon, zykki and side suns in the main roles. The low clouds were a big hindrance.

Moon

19.10.2022 at 07.50 - 08.30 - Raisio (III)
Lasse Nurminen

On several mornings, the moon has touched the high sky, and so today, too, in a completely clear sky. The camera was also on the way, so a few frames were captured from the slowly brightening sky. A few brighter objects stood out on the shadier side of the terminator, better in the pictures taken in that darker phase.
