At the end of a nice warm summer night and campfire trip, the clouds parted and the wonderful night clouds appeared. Photographed with a mobile phone and by hand.

Gorgeous clear road. Moon in the low east and sunset in the direction of Venus and pearls.

The old water tower of Kokkola rises right next to my house. At its top is a remote-controlled camera that anyone can use to admire pre-determined views. The half-shadow eclipse that happened in the morning happened to be seen in the same picture as the Kokkola windmills. So the image is a screenshot.

At the end of a very long period of heat, small showers and a few thunderstorms arrived from the hinterland. The side of one powerful front showed a funnel-shaped shape. Added dehaze and clarity to the picture for a clearer view.

The smoke from the Kalajoki wildfires passed with the wind around our cottage and towards Kokkola. For an hour the landscape was very hazy and the sun with its clouds created stunning rays of smoke.

The low roar of the front was already heard hours before it arrived on the coast of Kokkola. I followed the front from the rain radar and concluded that this is a fairly powerful case. We decided to leave the cottage home and took these pictures just before leaving the cottage beach. The avalanche was a really impressive revelation and the experience was gorgeous! It might have made more sense to stay at the cottage, as after a while the visibility was almost non-existent. It rained heavily on the sky, with thumb-sized granules among it. There was quite a fuss inside the car and I was afraid t...

Here’s a slightly more artistic view of the eclipse. ND1000 filter, two exposures and Photoshop.

Snow in the morning, rain in the evening. The sun shone through the narrow slit just before setting and formed a fine and high arc in the sky.

Great start to August. On the sea low the orange moon, a few starbursts and these illuminate: the best of August!

I set out to photograph the pollen ring. I didn’t see that but the setting sun gave a green flash. A slight hazy hint was noticeable from that dust but as a hoop I didn’t see it.

Great clear weather, no wind or hard frost. Visually not very dramatic but all in all after a long cloudy experience a great experience.

A small strip of clouds unexpectedly revealed itself as pearls. The strong wind caused the cloud to be spectacular for a fairly short time.

For the third day in a row pearls! A nice cycling trip over the hill to photograph. The 4 white-tailed deer were to be followed very close and loudly sounded to the strange guest.

Finally bright after a gloomy November! On the beach of the cottage we got to drink coffee and admire the pearls. The light was in warm tones as the sun set and there was a prophecy suitable for pearls in the atmosphere. Suitable cloudy material approached from the west and, after reaching the direction of the sunset, glowed beautifully. One small cloud shone exceptionally bright from the rest of the mass while the other mass remained a nocturnal, greenish carpet. Clear mother of pearl and type 1 & 2 clouds.

The spectacular clouds above Sweden created a great backdrop for this weaving.

A gorgeous blackout in the frosty frost. The snowy trees and frost-bathed environment provided a great setting.
