The dunes lasted for more than an hour and were also poorly visible to the naked eye. This photo was taken at 21:16, exif data at a different time because the camera was in daylight saving time.

Fog rolled from the lake at times, almost completely obscuring the view. I was already thinking of going home, but after seeing the pictures I took with the camera, my mind changed pretty quickly. The fog brought out the brightest stars nicely, also emphasizing their colors.

I photographed the fog on the lake facing the sun, turned around and noticed the shape of the mist, the fog arc! The fog lasted quite a long time, until 1 p.m. This is my first observation of that phenomenon.

The first northern lights of autumn 27-28.8.2021. The arc momentarily brightened into rays twice, otherwise the night was calm. Northern lights gauze was occasionally seen over the zenith to the south.
