MCS, who left Germany for a long time, was hooked after seeing Finland in the Baltics, so the chances of high flash were high. In the evening, though, it seemed that Cloudiness was blocking the observations, so I didn’t tune the sensible to shoot. However, the sky camera is constantly on, so after a little dodge of clouds, three clusters got caught, even though the contrast is really lousy. For all, motherfound candidates were found from either Blitzortung or the Finnish Meteorological Institute. Timestamps are in UTC time. The fourth image marked different cases to facilitate discovery. The f...

On the way to the bus stop, I noticed that there are some sets coming from the north. At this point, the cloud was not yet at its best, but when it was close the bus was already in the Urban Area and there was nothing visible between the houses other than flickering, sleet and heavy rain. A couple of lightning struck in less than a mile, but apart from heavy rain and small gusts, nothing really came to Madison. There seem to be some thousands of lightning locks in the lifetime of that MCS.

For a long time, there were halos to take a picture of. Weak side suns in addition to those shown in the pictures. Based on the brightness of Zyk's significant 46 ys.

SpaceX's SAOCOM 1A launch had apparently been left in the sky camera here as well. In the first image, the start of the streak is at about 03.40.12 UTC and at the end of the fourth image, the image leaves at 03.42.38,926 UTC. About. #raketti: Falcon9 #satelliitti: SAOCOM 1A

Finally the first night clouds of the season. I didn't take the larvae with me after the lunar eclipse, but I also managed surprisingly well on my mobile phone. An interesting structure to the west, we now mark them as unusual shapes.

Very bright main and side rainbow. At the same time, probably the best chance that happened to me for 3rd and 4th order arches, nothing else was visible. And for some reason I didn’t even realize trying to promise my cell phone from the sun side ...

Pearls in the southwest sky. At first there was only a small hint that there could be type I, but when I got home there were already very clear fibers. As the sun went down, it turned into a really nice pearl brown.

A celestial camera observation of a fireball. The duration is 2.3 s based on the automatic timing data. There is one more flash between the branches, so at least a little more duration.

On the flight from Helsinki to Ivalo, I first saw pretty electric blue and later orange-type pearls of the first type. Appeared approximately in Central Finland, and were visible throughout the rest of the journey. The pearl beach was about 5 degrees high and estimated 90 degrees long from northeast to southeast. Pictures unfortunately only on a tablet when the wig was on the hat rack.

And the next bright car from Ivalo's sky camera. The duration was found in the timing data for about 3 s, so hardly this time anything came down until. An additional bonus is also a 22 degree halo :-)

This kind of brighter fireball from Ivalo's sky camera. The first information I got about this was when my dad called that there was a thunderstorm when he flashed a couple of times and after about a minute he first banged and then heard a smoother rumble. The duration is still only an estimate, I haven't had time to analyze the timing data properly yet.
