In the shallow north a calm arch. The morning showed a similar between six and seven. Now I had to try the camera, it works in -23 degrees below zero.

A clear day at the end of a long cloudy period. In the early evening, quite handsome northern lights, red ones were visible alongside the usual green. The bright moonlight was still on, so what was to watch at -15 degrees in the little frost.

Independence Day evening lighting has been available in the northern sky. Not particularly spectacular, but quite apt to celebrate the quiet festive atmosphere of a peaceful countryside.

The northern lights began to appear as soon as it got dark enough. The weather cooled, a little fog rose on the lake. Another flash seems to have hit another picture, I only noticed it when I looked at the pictures.

The forecast kept itching. It was really handsome, both arches and active action. Colors for every departure. Pictures from the area of two parishes, Ranua and Pudasjärvi. A rabbit who ran to the side of the car as a sad defeat. Died, fortunately the other survived, I wonder if even those watching the northern lights had gone beyond sensible behavior ...
