Panu Lahtinen, Ursa (Etelä-Suomi)
The flickering slow-moving satellite that appears to have been Telkom 3 (2012-044A), an Indonesian communications satellite that escaped control of the launch, was supposed to end up on a geostationary orbit, but is now orbiting uncontrollably on orbits ranging in altitude between 250 and 3,200 km.

As I went through the celestial camera images, attention was drawn to this particularly flickering satellite. Heavensat also found the name, Globalstar M030 (1999-037D). A little earlier, the same sarma M041 went, leaving no trace. Apparently it is in an even more stable position.

There was a mention of a bright rainbow in the center on IRC, so I glanced out the window. Short snippets of both the main and side rainbows were visible.
